Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple ongoing projects, ensuring smooth coordination between our design office, clients, and site teams . The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, schedule, and monitor all phases of assigned projects from design through handover.

* Coordinate effectively between the office design team, site engineers, contractors, and clients.

* Ensure timely procurement of materials and adherence to project budgets.

* Conduct regular site visits to review progress and quality of work.

* Identify and resolve issues that may impact project delivery.

* Maintain detailed project documentation and progress reports.

* Support senior management in planning future projects and improving processes.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in *Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management*.

* minimum 5 years of experience in *construction project management* (preferably in design-build firms).

* Strong understanding of architectural drawings, site execution, and material management.

* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

* Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
