Role Overview

We’re looking for a Virtual Project Manager (PM) who can take ownership of operational flow — ensuring jobs move smoothly from contract to installation, deadlines are met, and communication stays clear between departments. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in problem-solving, keeps the team accountable, and drives continuous improvement.

This is a remote position that requires excellent coordination, follow-through, and leadership across time zones.

Key Responsibilities

Project Oversight

  • Monitor all open jobs (sales → measure → order → install → completion) to ensure nothing stalls.
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks and coordinate with the right team members to resolve them.
  • Maintain visibility on timelines and ensure commitments are met.

Team Accountability

  • Check that team members are actively working on assigned jobs daily.
  • Ensure status updates and documentation are consistently completed in JobNimbus or other company platforms.
  • Follow up on overdue tasks, missing updates, or pending approvals.

Problem Solving

  • Anticipate potential issues (e.g., product delays, incorrect orders, scheduling conflicts) and find fast, effective solutions.
  • Escalate major risks or recurring problems to senior management with clear recommendations.

Communication & Reporting

  • Run short virtual check-ins or “Team Time” meetings to keep everyone aligned.
  • Track KPIs: job progress rates, issue-resolution times, and project cycle times.
  • Provide weekly summaries and recommendations for improvement.

Process Leadership

  • Enforce company SOPs while helping refine and improve them.
  • Ensure offshore and local teams collaborate smoothly with no gaps in communication.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven leadership experience managing remote or hybrid teams.
  • Strong organizational and operational mindset — must love process, follow-through, and accountability.
  • Demonstrated success as a Team Lead
  • Tech-savvy with CRM or project-tracking tools.
  • Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Highly reliable, proactive, and self-driven.

Performance Goals

  • Keep all active jobs moving without stalls or idle time.
  • Reduce average job cycle time (sale → completion).
  • Increase team accountability and cross-department communication.
  • Consistently deliver weekly reports and leadership insights.

Job Type: Full-time

Projected Total Compensation: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
