Project Manager cum Engineer Highway Construction

We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Project Manager for our MoRTH Highway Project.

Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering (preferred)

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in highway construction projects.
• At least 5 years’ experience as Project Manager in MoRTH/NHAI/State Highway projects.
• Strong knowledge of MoRTH specifications and mix design, specifically for:
• WMM (Wet Mix Macadam)
• DBM (Dense Bituminous Macadam)
• BC (Bituminous Concrete)
• PMB 40 (Polymer Modified Bitumen 40)
• Milling works and recycling of milled material
• Proven ability in project planning, execution, coordination with Client/Authority Engineer/Consultants.
• Strong leadership, team management, and quality/safety compliance skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee overall project execution in line with MoRTH specifications.
• Ensure proper mix design approval and implementation.
• Manage resources, cost control, and timely project delivery.
• Coordinate with client/consultants for smooth project execution.

Job Type: Full-time
