Job Summary
We are seeking a driven and execution-focused Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale data center infrastructure projects. This is not a software PM role. The position focuses on physical infrastructure buildouts, hardware deployment, and on-site coordination

*This role requires frequent nationwide travel (70% or more). Candidates must be comfortable working on-site at various project locations across the U.S.*

*Must have valid U.S. work authorization. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.*

Key Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle delivery of data center buildouts, including white-space fit-out, rack & stack, structured cabling, containment, and commissioning
• Drive scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management across multiple concurrent projects
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including field technicians, vendors, subcontractors, and client stakeholders
• Lead floor readiness planning, rack layout, power and cooling coordination, and deployment sequencing
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards
• Provide regular reporting to senior leadership and clients on project status, risks, and milestones
• Support hardware logistics, procurement coordination, and on-site installation execution

Experience

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Project management experience in data center construction, hardware deployment, or infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of physical data center infrastructure (power, cooling, racks, containment, cabling)
• Experience managing field teams and external vendors
• Ability to independently manage schedules, budgets, and documentation
• Bilingual English/Mandarin preferred)

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
