You will play a key role in coordinating technical execution, managing stakeholders, and driving high-quality outcomes across multiple sites.

This is a technical, site-based project management role within data centre infrastructure delivery (not IT project management).

This role is based in Dubai and requires regular international travel to support project execution across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and supply partners to ensure smooth execution of complex projects
  • Support the Sales team with technical insight and data to enable accurate and competitive project pricing
  • Oversee supply chain planning and forecasting to ensure product availability and avoid delays
  • Provide on-site support and deliver installation training to partners across multiple project locations
  • Produce and manage technical drawings and documentation in line with company standards
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery and internal processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, Industrial Design, Business, or a related discipline
  • Proven experience managing complex, customer-facing projects in construction, engineering, or technical environments
  • Strong understanding of site-based project delivery, ideally within data centres, MEP, or infrastructure projects
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Experience working with supply chains, contractors, and cross-functional teams
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally (15-25%)
  • Experience in data centre projects is advantageous but not essential

Benefits

Permanent and full-time employees enjoy a competitive salary, career development opportunities, and the chance to work on high-impact, global data centre projects within a fast-growing division of Kingspan Group. We offer a collaborative environment where innovation, sustainability, and professional growth are at the core of everything we do.
