Senior Project Manager (DEL 167)

Qiddiya Investment Company is at the forefront of creating an integrated destination for entertainment, sports, and the arts. We are looking for a Senior Project Manager (DEL 167) to lead key projects that contribute to our vision of developing a world-class destination. This role requires a dynamic individual who possesses both strategic and tactical project management skills and is adept at navigating complex project requirements.

The Senior Project Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing various development initiatives, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This position involves collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders to deliver innovative and impactful project solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact projects within the Qiddiya development portfolio.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, architecture, and operations to align project objectives and execution strategies.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns promptly.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, schedules, and reports for stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively, ensuring that any challenges are addressed efficiently.
• Lead project meetings with team members and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members to enhance team capabilities and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in project management, preferably within large-scale developments.
• Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Strong understanding of construction processes and project delivery methods.
• Experience in the entertainment, leisure, or hospitality sectors is highly advantageous.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
