Project Manager (Design and Developement)

Soft Nation Technologies is looking for Project Manager who has expertise in Design and Development domain.

Job Title: Project Manager – Design & Website Development
Experience: 2–3 years
Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
Employment Type: Full-time, On-site
Timings: 12:00pm-9:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage design and development projects from concept to delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business goals.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and risk assessments.
• Ensure clear and timely communication with stakeholders regarding project status, challenges, and solutions.
• Maintain documentation and reports for all projects.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2–3 years of experience in project management within design and/or website development environments
• Strong understanding of design and development processes, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
