Project Manager - Diego Garcia Island

• Plan, organize, and oversee all stages of the construction project lifecycle, including design, procurement, execution, and handover.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring adherence to contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure project alignment.
• Monitor project progress, costs, and timelines, identifying potential risks and implementing corrective measures.
• Lead site meetings and progress reviews with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and regulatory requirements on all project sites.
• Review and approve project-related documentation, including drawings, RFI responses, and method statements.
• Manage procurement of materials, subcontractor agreements, and cost control processes.
• Ensure quality control and proper execution of work as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Prepare project reports, financial updates, and status presentations for management and clients.
• Foster strong communication and collaboration across project teams to achieve objectives effectively.
