About the Role

Brandix Soft is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to serve as the critical bridge between our sales, marketing, and technical teams. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for orchestrating the seamless delivery of digital marketing and IT projects for our international clientele in the UK and US markets. The ideal candidate will be a master of process, a clear communicator, and dedicated to delivering exceptional results on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Leadership: Manage the entire project lifecycle from initial sales handoff through planning, execution, and final delivery, ensuring a smooth and professional client experience.
• Primary Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for international clients, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and fostering strong, trust-based relationships.
• Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, define task dependencies, allocate resources to technical teams (SEO, Development, Design), and diligently track progress against key milestones.
• Quality & Delivery Assurance: Uphold the highest standards of quality by ensuring all project deliverables meet requirements and are completed on schedule and within the defined budget.
• Proactive Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and scope creep early, implementing effective mitigation strategies to maintain project integrity and timeline.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of direct project management experience within a digital marketing agency or software development environment.
• A solid foundational understanding of digital marketing disciplines (SEO, Google Ads) and/or software development lifecycles (SDLC).
• Demonstrated proficiency with modern project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.
• Proven experience in successfully managing and communicating with international clients, particularly in the UK and US.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced setting.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
