About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and process-driven Project Manager to lead and coordinate our digital marketing projects across SEO and performance marketing verticals.
You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless project delivery, maintaining client satisfaction, and driving internal efficiency across teams.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Delivery
- Manage the end-to-end execution of SEO and performance marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and measurable results.
- Create and maintain detailed project timelines, trackers, and RACI charts for clarity and accountability.
- Identify potential risks or delays early and implement solutions proactively.
Team Coordination
- Collaborate closely with internal teams — SEO, Content, Design, and Paid Media — to align on goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Use tools like Trello, Google Sheets, Notion, or similar dashboards to monitor workflow and team productivity.
- Ensure project priorities are clearly defined and communicated to all stakeholders.
Client Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining transparent and consistent communication.
- Conduct regular client calls and performance reviews, presenting insights and progress reports effectively.
- Translate complex digital marketing concepts into simple, result-oriented narratives.
Quality & Reporting
- Review deliverables to ensure they meet Orvador’s quality benchmarks and client expectations.
- Prepare detailed progress and performance reports for both internal review and client presentations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes and delivery standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of proven experience managing digital marketing projects, ideally within an agency environment.
- Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads workflows.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a client-first approach.
- Proficiency in Trello, Asana, Google Workspace, and Slack.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Team player with strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
