Job Description:

As a Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving the success of digital marketing initiatives across Paid Social, Paid Search, Programmatic, and more.

This is a remote/hybrid role. Employees within 90 min of our NY, MI, CA or IL offices may expect 3 days a week onsite.

What You’ll Do

Lead and manage multiple digital marketing projects from initiation to completion.
Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors to meet strategic goals.
Create and execute project plans, adjusting as needed to meet evolving requirements.
Facilitate agile ceremonies and status meetings, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
Mentor and support Associate Project Managers, contributing to team growth and development.
Track budgets, timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure project success.
Draft Statements of Work (SOWs) and manage change orders and escalations.
Promote continuous improvement by sharing lessons learned and suggesting process enhancements.

What You Bring

5+ years of experience leading projects in a digital marketing or interactive agency setting.
3+ years of experience managing digital campaigns (e.g., Paid Social, SEM, Programmatic).
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
Familiarity with SEO, PPC, data analytics, and digital content marketing is a plus.
PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or CSP certification is preferred but not required.

The annual salary range for this position is $59,000-$96,025. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
