Role Summary:
The Project Manager will lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives with a primary focus on business process automation, CRM implementations, customer experience platforms, and digital engagement solutions. The role requires a combination of strong project management expertise, business acumen, and technology fluency to ensure successful delivery of initiatives that streamline operations, enhance customer interactions, and enable data-driven decision-making. The incumbent will drive innovation, efficiency, and measurable business value while aligning with the organization’s strategic digital roadmap.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital transformation projects including Business Process Automation (BPA), CRM platforms, workflow digitization, and digital engagement solutions.
- Translate organizational goals into actionable digital strategies, roadmaps, and execution plans.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and re-engineer processes for automation, efficiency, and scalability.
- Ensure delivery excellence across CRM implementations (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot), customer portals, and omni-channel engagement platforms.
- Drive adoption of automation technologies such as RPA, AI/ML, and low-code/no-code platforms to enhance business efficiency.
- Oversee digital engagement initiatives including customer self-service portals, mobile applications, chatbots, and omnichannel communication.
- Establish strong governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with data protection, cybersecurity, and industry standards.
- Provide executive-level reports on progress, milestones, risks, financials, and business outcomes.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and third-party vendors while ensuring contract compliance and service quality.
- Lead change management initiatives by preparing the business for digital adoption and embedding new ways of working.
- Facilitate workshops, governance forums, and steering committees to ensure effective decision-making and stakeholder alignment.
- Support Sales and Pre-Sales teams during bids and proposals by providing subject-matter expertise in digital transformation delivery.
- Contribute to PMO functions including portfolio reporting, resource allocation, and project monitoring.
- Apply Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies based on project context.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Recognized Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
- 10–12 years of progressive project management experience, with at least 5 years leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Proven experience in delivering large-scale CRM programs, business process automation projects, and digital engagement platforms.
- Strong knowledge of RPA tools, CRM systems, and digital engagement solutions.
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar transformation programs with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, GCP) and integration with digital solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to engage at senior management and CXO levels.
