Project Manager (Engineer / Interior Designer / Architect)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Interior Designer or Architect to lead and supervise interior finishes and fit-out works across a portfolio of high-end residential and multi-unit developments. Projects include villa renovations, new residential villas, and multi-storey buildings.

This is a hands-on, site-focused role requiring experience in both design and execution phases. The ideal candidate is proactive, precise, and able to work across multiple active sites—coordinating with contractors, laborers, and suppliers while upholding high design and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision & Finishes Coordination

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor execution of interior and exterior finishes
• Supervise laborers and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to design
• Identify and document snags; follow up to ensure timely rectification
• Review and approve material samples and mockups on-site
• Coordinate and monitor deliveries and installation of specified items

Design & Documentation

• Propose finishes, materials, and detailing for interiors and landscaping
• Prepare or update interior layouts, elevations, and joinery details (AutoCAD)
• Maintain and manage finish schedules, snagging lists, and site progress trackers (Excel)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design or Civil Engineering
• 3+ years of relevant experience, including active site supervision
• Familiarity with high-end villa renovations, residential construction, and multi-unit developments
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and design documentation
• Solid knowledge of materials, detailing, joinery, and finishes
• Excellent communication and site coordination skills
• Valid driving license and ability to travel between project sites

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month
