to lead the successful delivery of enterprise transformation projects across ERP & CRM platforms. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing full-cycle implementations, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
This role requires strong leadership, client engagement, governance, and delivery management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business and technical teams. The Project Manager will play a critical role in driving implementation success, mitigating risks, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.
DXC Technology Egypt is seeking a highly experienced
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Manager
with strong expertise in delivering ERP & CRM transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing end-to-end D365 implementations (Finance, Supply Chain, and/or Customer Engagement), combining traditional project governance (PMP-based) with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
This role requires a strong leader capable of driving complex programs across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology solutions while maintaining full control over scope, budget, risks, and delivery quality.
Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP & CRM projects, including Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Engagement modules.

Manage project lifecycle across all phases: initiation, planning, design, build, test, deployment, and hyper care.

Apply hybrid delivery methodologies combining PMP-based governance with Agile/Scrum practices (sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, retrospectives).

Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, resource plans, and financial forecasts.

Drive project governance, including RAID management, status reporting, steering committees, and executive updates.

Coordinate cross-functional teams including functional consultants, technical teams, data migration, integration, and testing teams.

Ensure alignment with Microsoft Sure Step / Success by Design methodologies and DXC delivery frameworks.

Manage scope, change requests, and contractual deliverables, ensuring alignment with SOW and commercial commitments.

Oversee key delivery streams including:

Fit-gap analysis & solution design

Data migration & integrations
-
SIT & UAT cycles
-
Cutover planning & go-live readiness
-
Monitor project financials (revenue, cost, margin, EAC) and ensure delivery within approved budgets.

Identify risks proactively and implement mitigation plans to avoid delivery impact.

Lead stakeholder engagement, including C-level communication and business alignment workshops.

Ensure quality assurance across deliverables, documentation, and system performance.

Drive post-go-live stabilization (hyper care) and transition to support/AMS teams.
Desired Skills and Qualifications

8+ years of project management experience, with at least 5+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations.

Strong experience delivering D365 ERP (Finance/Supply Chain) and/or D365 CRM (CE) solutions.

Certified PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM / PSM) or strong hands-on Agile delivery experience.

Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-country or multi-entity implementations.

Strong understanding of:

ERP/CRM functional processes

Data migration, integrations, and testing cycles

Release and environment management (Dev, UAT, Prod)

Experience with Azure DevOps / Jira for backlog and sprint management.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft implementation methodologies (Sure Step, Success by Design).

Excellent financial and commercial acumen (budget tracking, forecasting, margin control).

Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to interact with executive leadership and business users.
Nice to have skills:

Experience with Power Platform, Copilot, and AI-driven solutions within D365.

Exposure to large enterprise transformation programs (100+ users, multi-legal entities).

Knowledge of integration tools and middleware (Azure Integration Services, APIs).
