Project Manager / Estimator

We’re hiring a Project Manager / Estimator to oversee renovation, capital improvement, and maintenance projects across a residential property portfolio. This role combines estimating, project coordination, and field oversight to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare estimates, scopes, and budgets for property renovations, unit turns, and capital projects
• Manage projects from planning through completion
• Coordinate vendors, contractors, and material deliveries
• Track schedules, costs, change orders, and project progress
• Conduct site visits to monitor quality and resolve field issues
• Communicate with internal teams to align timelines, priorities, and expectations

Requirements:

• Experience in construction project management, estimating, or property renovations
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and vendor coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Comfortable working in the field and visiting active properties
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
