Project Manager / Estimator

We’re hiring a Project Manager / Estimator to manage commercial concrete projects from estimating through completion. This role combines pre-construction estimating, project coordination, and field oversight to deliver high-quality concrete finishes on time and within budget.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare detailed estimates, takeoffs, and proposals for commercial concrete scopes
• Manage projects from bid award through closeout
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and material procurement
• Track schedules, budgets, change orders, and project documentation
• Monitor jobsite progress to ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to manage scope and expectations

Requirements:

• Experience in commercial concrete project management and/or estimating
• Strong understanding of concrete construction means, methods, and finishes
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Solid organizational, cost-control, and scheduling skills
• Professional, client-facing communication abilities
