Key Responsibilities:

Team Management: Recruit, lead, and manage a high-performing internal team.

Operations Oversight: Supervise and manage admissions, class scheduling, and student communications, Travelling to different campus, calling and student support.

Creative Strategy: Propose and implement new ideas to improve training programs and marketing.

Video Presence: Be comfortable on camera for content creation, announcements, and online sessions.

Coordination: Act as a bridge between trainers, students, and marketing teams.

Growth Focus: Identify opportunities for expansion, partnerships, and brand growth.

Compensation & Growth:

Initial Salary: PKR 20,000–30,000 + performance-based incentives

Review After 3 Months: Increment based on performance and KPIs
