Project Manager (Female)

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, & finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources & coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, issues, and risks. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and manage risks to the success of the project. Develop contingency plans as necessary.
• Lead and motivate project team members on a proactive basis.
• Perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Engineering, IT, etc.).

Proven working experience in project management of 6 months-1 year.

Experience in managing teams and resources.

Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, Trello).

Skills:

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.

Problem-solving skills and critical thinking.

Ability to work independently

Timings: 2pm-11pm
