Job Title: Project Manager – FIFA World Cup Stadium

Summary:

Overall leadership of the ECI stage and Design & Build delivery, acting as the single point of accountability with the client, consultants, and JV partners.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the ECI team across all disciplines (cost, planning, sustainability, engineering).
• Represent the contractor in all client meetings and design workshops.
• Ensure alignment on deliverables, interim payments, and approval processes.
• Oversee constructability, cost, program, and risk management.
• Report progress to company board and client.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (Master’s preferred).
• 20+ years’ experience, with 5+ years as PD on stadiums or mega-projects (>USD 1bn).
• Proven record in early contractor involvement or design-build schemes.
• Skills: Leadership, client management, strategic planning, contract administration.
