Project Manager Fit Out

• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned fit-out projects, ensuring compliance with project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Prepare and maintain project plans, progress reports, and site documentation.
• Coordinate between clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery.
• Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards.
• Support the Senior Project Manager in budget control, procurement planning, and cash flow management.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation.
• Identify potential risks and delays, propose mitigation measures, and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in project meetings, report on progress, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Ensure timely completion and handover of projects with all required documentation and snag lists closed.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and effective coordination among site and office teams.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
