Patina Interiors, one of the leading Interior Company in Abu Dhabi is looking for an experienced and results driven Project Manager to join our Fit Out and Interior Design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing commercial interior projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of commercial fit-out processes, technical expertise, and exceptional leadership and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for commercial interior fit-out projects — from design coordination, procurement, and execution to handover.
  • Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.
  • Coordinate between design, procurement, and construction teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely project delivery.
  • Liaise directly with clients, consultants, landlords, and sub-contractors to ensure project objectives and client expectations are met.
  • Prepare project schedules, cost estimates, and progress reports, ensuring adherence to approved timelines and budgets.
  • Identify potential risks, delays, or design issues and implement corrective actions proactively.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, approvals, submittals, and change orders.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, workmanship quality, and adherence to safety standards.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork and accountability among all project stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in project management within the interior fit-out industry, preferably handling commercial, office, hospitality, or retail projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects from design stage to handover.
  • Strong understanding of interior fit-out materials, MEP coordination, and construction processes.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, or other project management software.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management (Master’s preferred).
  • UAE driving license is an advantage.
  • Experience working in a design & build or consultancy environment is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month
