Role Overview
The Project Manager shall be responsible for the complete planning, coordination, and execution of fit-out works across all project, ensuring delivery within time, budget, and quality standards, while maintaining full compliance with authority requirements (QCDD, Municipality, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Control
- Develop and manage the overall project schedule
- Define floor-wise execution strategy
- Monitor progress and ensure milestones are achieved
- Identify risks and implement corrective actions
2. Coordination (MOST IMPORTANT)
- Coordinate between:
- Client / Landlord
- Design Consultant (Taj Design Consultancy)
- Execution Team (World Wide Interior)
- MEP Contractors & Suppliers
- Ensure drawings are clear, coordinated, and issued on time
- Conduct weekly coordination meetings
3. Site Execution Management
- Oversee all site activities across floors
- Ensure work is executed as per:
- Approved drawings
- Specifications
- Safety standards
- Manage site managers, supervisors, and subcontractors
4. Cost & Commercial Control
- Monitor project budget and expenses
- Control variations and change orders
- Verify contractor invoices and progress payments
- Ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality
5. Authority & Compliance
- Coordinate for approvals (QCDD, Municipality, Kahramaa, etc.)
- Ensure all works comply with NFPA and local regulations
- Manage inspection processes and approvals
6. Quality Control
- Ensure high-quality finishes and workmanship
- Conduct inspections and snagging
- Ensure proper closure of defects
7. Reporting & Documentation
- Submit:
- Weekly progress reports
- Delay reports (if any)
- Site updates
- Maintain proper documentation of:
- Drawings
- Approvals
- Site instructions
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience in fit-out / construction
- Experience in commercial / office fit-out projects
- Strong understanding of:
- Architectural drawings
- MEP systems
- Authority approvals (Qatar preferred)
- Ability to manage multi-floor / large-scale projects
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills

- Project delivered on time
- Project delivered within budget
- Minimum rework / errors
- Smooth authority approvals
- Client satisfaction
Important Note (Internal Expectation)
The Project Manager is expected to take full ownership of the project, ensuring:
- No delays due to coordination failures
- No execution without approved drawings
- Immediate resolution of site issues
Failure to meet project expectations may result in replacement from the role.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per month
