Project Manager Fit-out Works

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (Fit-out Works) to join our team in Sharjah.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in interior fit-out or finishing projects within the UAE.
• Proven work experience in Sharjah is a must.
• Strong background in managing site operations, subcontractors, and project budgets.
• Excellent knowledge of finishing materials, drawings, and quality standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage fit-out project execution from start to handover.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and site teams to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor quality, safety, and cost control throughout project phases.
• Prepare progress reports and project documentation.
