Construction Manager – Construction & Building

A leading Construction & Building Company in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and lead multiple construction projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage all construction activities to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
• Review and approve project designs, drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Supervise project engineers, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure work progress and quality standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and local authorities for inspections, approvals, and compliance.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reports to ensure targets are met.
• Resolve technical and operational issues efficiently and proactively.
• Ensure all works are executed in line with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess quality, safety, and progress performance.
• Provide leadership, motivation, and direction to the project teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in construction and building projects, with at least 5 years in a managerial role within the UAE or GCC.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, and other project management software.
• In-depth knowledge of construction standards, codes, and local regulations.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
