Scaffolding Supervisor

A scaffolding supervisor oversees the safe erection, inspection, and dismantling of scaffolding and working platforms, ensuring compliance with project plans and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and guide a team of scaffolders, providing training, assigning tasks, and ensuring their work meets high standards.
• Enforce all safety regulations and standards, conduct regular inspections of scaffolding and equipment, and address any safety concerns to prevent accidents.
• Plan scaffolding projects to meet project needs, forecast material requirements, and coordinate scaffolding activities with other trades and departments.
• Perform daily inspections of scaffolding structures, equipment, and components for defects, wear, or damage.
• Maintain accurate records of scaffolding inspections, safety audits, and other relevant documentation related to scaffolding activities.
• Clearly communicate with team members, project managers, clients, and other construction teams to ensure smooth workflow and efficient use of resources.
• Oversee the loading, unloading, assembly, and dismantling of scaffolding materials and equipment, ensuring they are suitable for use.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong technical understanding of different scaffolding systems and construction procedures.
• In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards and regulations.
• Excellent written and spoken communication abilities to interact effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple tasks and resources effectively.
• Ability to identify issues and provide solutions under pressure.

Salary Package:

• A monthly salary of AED 2200.
• A shared accommodation.

• Overtime.
