Project Manager – GRC | Muscat, Oman

Job Title & Location : Project Manager-GRC in Muscat, Oman (immediate joiner preferred)

Experience : 5 years in project management

Education : Minimum Bachelor’s degree. Post Graduate or Master is an advantage

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan, implement, monitor, and ensure timely closure of projects while maintaining strict adherence to compliance and GRC frameworks. The role involves supporting project delivery by coordinating resources, managing schedules and budgets, and proactively mitigating risks to prevent any delays in deliverables. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to ensure successful and compliant project completion.Key Responsibilities:

· Developing project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation aligned with compliance

· Monitor project progress and performance to ensure timely delivery well in time along with scope and budget

· Coordinate and facilitate project meetings and ensure action items are closed

· Identify, assess, and handle project risks well in time

· Regular status updates for key stakeholders, especially senior management

· Maintain comprehensive project documentation including project charters, scopes, requirement specs, and compliance records

· Promote adherence to governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) frameworks throughout project life cycle till timely closure

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Strong project management skills with a minimum of 5 years work experience in handling projects

· Proven ability to identify, analyze and mitigate project risks in a timely manner

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

· Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

· Ability to work independently with minimum supervision while being proactive

· Demonstrated ability towards closure of projects well in time

· Knowledge of GRC
