Project Manager

At White Wall Digital Solutions, we’re transforming spaces through interactive experiences, and event technology. With projects across corporate, retail, and public sectors with clients like Takaful Oman, Omantel, MTCIT and Ooredoo, we’re looking for a Project Manager who can take ownership of end-to-end execution — from client brief to delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
• Coordinate between clients, internal teams, and vendors to maintain clear communication.
• Prepare project timelines, budgets, and progress reports.
• Supervise installations and on-site activations, ensuring adherence to technical and design requirements.
• Support in preparing project documentation, proposals, and work breakdown structures.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies early.
• Maintain close coordination with the operations and creative teams to ensure alignment with brand and quality standards.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years’ experience in project management, preferably in technology, events, or software industries.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in tools like Asana, Notion, or similar project management software.
• Ability to handle technical discussions and understand basic functional requirements.
• Ability to work flexible hours when required for events or installations.
