Project Manager - (High-rise building Project)

We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager (Civil) to manage high-rise building projects from initial planning through successful completion, ensuring all works are delivered within approved timelines, budgets, quality benchmarks, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full responsibility for project delivery covering schedule, cost, quality, safety, and regulatory approvals
• Supervise day-to-day site activities, manpower, and subcontractors
• Prepare, track, and control project programs and budgets
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and government authorities to ensure smooth project execution
• Manage variations, claims, and resolve technical and site challenges
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and quality procedures
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and final handover of projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 10–15 years of total experience in construction
• At least 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager handling high-rise buildings (G+8 and above)
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects from start to finish
