Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination and tracking of project deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.
• Support program managers in maintaining Jira boards, backlogs, and sprint documentation.
• Prepare status reports, presentations, and dashboards using Excel and PowerPoint for leadership and stakeholder meetings.
• Help facilitate Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint planning sessions.
• Maintain documentation and ensure project artifacts are up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to support smooth execution of program milestones.
• Identify and escalate potential project risks or blockers to program leadership.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and tools for better team efficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience. 1–2 years of experience in a coordination, analyst, or project support role (internship or entry-level).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ability to create pivot tables, charts, and presentations.
• Basic understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Jira or similar project management tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly, multitask, and work in a collaborative environment.
