Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Primary Skill: cloud-based data solutions (Azure/AWS/GCP), Databricks

Secondary Skill: Data Lakehouse architecture, ETL pipelines, and ML workflows

Location: Hyderabad

Educational Qualification: B.Tech/BE/M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc

YOE: 10+ yrs

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Own the full lifecycle of the Databricks implementation program—from initiation through delivery and transition to operations
Define program roadmap, success metrics, and governance structure in alignment with client objectives
Coordinate cross-functional teams including data engineers, architects, cloud specialists, and client stakeholders
Manage risks, dependencies, and change controls across multiple workstreams
Ensure compliance with enterprise data governance, security, and regulatory requirements
Drive stakeholder engagement through regular steering committee updates, executive reporting, and issue resolution
Champion agile delivery practices and continuous improvement across the program

Required Skills & Experience:

10+ years of program/project management experience in enterprise IT or data platforms
Proven track record delivering cloud-based data solutions (Azure/AWS/GCP) with Databricks
Understanding of data Lakehouse architecture, ETL pipelines, and ML workflows
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills
PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification preferred
Experience working in client-facing roles
