Project Manager (In-House Development)

We are looking for a high-energy, results-oriented Project Manager to lead our development teams and bridge the gap between business goals and technical execution. This is a role for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn't afraid to have tough conversations to keep a project on track. You will be the primary driver of accountability, ensuring that our technical standards are met and our delivery timelines are non-negotiable.

Core Responsibilities

• Timeline Enforcement: Own the project roadmap and take full responsibility for hitting milestones. You will manage the critical path and proactively remove roadblocks before they impact delivery.
• Developer Management: Lead daily stand-ups and technical check-ins. You must be able to challenge technical estimates, identify "gold-plating," and keep the engineering team focused on high-priority tasks.
• Scope Control: Guard against scope creep. You will be the "gatekeeper" who ensures that every hour of development time is spent on features that add direct value to the business.
• Resource Allocation: Manage high-pressure situations and reallocate resources dynamically to meet shifting demands without compromising on quality.
• Conflict Resolution: Act as the final point of escalation for internal technical disputes or timeline delays. You must be able to lead with authority and maintain team discipline under pressure.

Technical & Professional Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management within a software development or cloud infrastructure environment.
• Methodologies: Expert-level command of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies. You should know how to pivot between them based on project needs.
• Technical Literacy: While you don't need to code daily, you must understand Node.js, API architectures, and Cloud systems well enough to know when a developer's timeline is realistic or padded.
• Tools: Mastery of Jira, Trello, or ClickUp for sprint planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Communication: Decisive and direct communication style. You must be able to translate complex technical delays into clear business risks for stakeholders.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
