Overview: An Interior Project Manager oversees interior design and fit-out projects from start to finish, managing budgets, timelines, and resources, coordinating between clients, designers, contractors, and suppliers, and ensuring projects meet quality and safety standards

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring the project is executed efficiently from inception to completion.
• Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for clients, understand their vision and requirements, and provide regular updates on project progress.
• Team Coordination: Manage and coordinate the work of interior designers, architects, contractors, and other team members to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Budget & Resource Management: Control project costs, manage materials and resources, and ensure the project stays within financial limitations.
• Quality Control & Compliance: Conduct site visits to monitor work progress and quality, ensuring adherence to design specifications, building codes, and industry standards.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent issues from impacting project goals.
• Documentation: Prepare and manage project documentation, including shop drawings, progress reports, and financial statements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: A bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is often required.
• Experience: Several years of experience in project management, particularly in interior design or construction, is necessary.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software, understanding of construction processes, materials, and building codes.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills are crucial for managing diverse project stakeholders and resolving conflicts effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
