We are seeking a highly experienced Fit-Out Project Manager to oversee and manage interior fit-out projects across MEP, Civil, and Joinery disciplines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing high-end commercial, retail, hospitality, or residential fit-out works, with the ability to coordinate multiple trades, ensure quality execution, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage full lifecycle of fit-out projects from planning to handover.
- Coordinate and supervise all site activities including MEP, civil, and joinery works.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
- Review technical drawings and identify design discrepancies and propose solutions.
- Manage procurement schedules, material deliveries, and subcontractor work plans.
- Monitor health & safety regulations compliance on-site.
- Provide regular updates and progress reports to senior management and clients.
- Conduct site inspections and snagging works before handover.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in interior fit-out project management.
- Proven expertise in MEP coordination, civil works, and custom joinery.
- Strong technical understanding of drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, etc.).
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
- GCC/UAE experience preferred.
- Valid UAE Driving License is required(Candidate must be able to travel independently to multiple project sites across the UAE).
