Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out (Civil & MEP)

We are seeking a highly experienced Fit-Out Project Manager to oversee and manage interior fit-out projects across MEP, Civil, and Joinery disciplines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing high-end commercial, retail, hospitality, or residential fit-out works, with the ability to coordinate multiple trades, ensure quality execution, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage full lifecycle of fit-out projects from planning to handover.
• Coordinate and supervise all site activities including MEP, civil, and joinery works.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
• Review technical drawings and identify design discrepancies and propose solutions.
• Manage procurement schedules, material deliveries, and subcontractor work plans.
• Monitor health & safety regulations compliance on-site.
• Provide regular updates and progress reports to senior management and clients.
• Conduct site inspections and snagging works before handover.
• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in interior fit-out project management.
• Proven expertise in MEP coordination, civil works, and custom joinery.
• Strong technical understanding of drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, etc.).
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
• GCC/UAE experience preferred.
• Valid UAE Driving License is required(Candidate must be able to travel independently to multiple project sites across the UAE).
