Project Manager – Interiors & Exhibition Stands

About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager with strong technical expertise in interior fit-out and exhibition stand projects. The ideal candidate will take ownership from concept to completion—managing design coordination, production, installation, and client handover. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and execute multiple interior and exhibition projects simultaneously.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, production, and site teams for seamless execution.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, safety, and workmanship standards.
• Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders for approvals and updates.
• Prepare project reports, cost summaries, and progress documentation.
• Ensure all works comply with company standards and HSE regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
• 3–5 years of experience managing interior fit-out and/or exhibition stand projects in the GCC.
• Strong technical understanding of joinery, MEP coordination, and fabrication methods.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Valid GCC driving license (preferred).
