Position Overview

The Project Manager – Media Planning & Ad Specialist is responsible for executing and managing marketing campaigns across paid media, social distribution, and content deployment.

This is a hands-on execution role, ideal for someone who can manage multiple campaigns, stay organized, and follow structured systems.

This is an in-office position in Palmdale, CA. No remote work.

You will be required to use task management software daily to track all work, deadlines, and deliverables.

Core ResponsibilitiesMedia Planning & Ad Execution

  • Plan and manage campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Set campaign budgets, targeting, and objectives
  • Launch campaigns and monitor performance
  • Optimize campaigns weekly based on performance data (CTR, CPC, conversions)

Social Media Distribution

  • Execute content distribution across Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Follow structured editorial calendars
  • Maintain consistent posting cadence (3x/week or more depending on client)
  • Repurpose content across multiple platforms

Project Management & Task Execution

  • Use task management software (Slack, Teamwork, or similar) daily
  • Track and complete assigned tasks on schedule
  • Coordinate with designers, editors, and internal team
  • Maintain campaign timelines and production schedules
  • Ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and on time

Performance Tracking

  • Monitor campaign performance metrics including CTR, CPC, conversions, and engagement
  • Assist with reporting and optimization recommendations

Weekly KPIs & Expectations

Execution KPIs

  • Manage 5–10 active campaigns
  • Perform 5–10 campaign optimizations per week
  • Publish 10–20 social posts per week (across clients)
  • Maintain 90%+ on-time task completion

Operational Standards

  • 100% task tracking in project management system
  • Strong attention to detail with minimal errors
  • Consistent communication with team

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years experience in digital marketing, ads, or project coordination
  • Familiarity with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads
  • Experience with social media platforms and scheduling tools
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced environment

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience with reporting tools such as AgencyAnalytics
  • Understanding of SEO and local marketing strategies
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven
  • Coachable and open to feedback
