Herbalife India is hiring a Project Manager to lead the strategic and operational execution of our market entry into Bangladesh. This is a high-impact role focused on launching and scaling our business in a new market, with responsibilities spanning regulatory coordination, distributor enablement, and operational setup.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Entry Strategy & Execution:
    Drive the Bangladesh market entry roadmap by coordinating cross-functional teams and tracking key milestones such as product registration and entity setup.
  • Regulatory & Compliance Coordination:
    Liaise with consultants and monitor local regulations to ensure compliance and identify risks and opportunities.
  • Distributor & Channel Enablement:
    Support distributor identification, onboarding, and training to ensure successful early engagement.
  • Operational Setup:
    Coordinate logistics, digital platform localization, and payment systems to support market readiness.
  • Financial & Reporting:
    Manage budgets, vendor contracts, and financial assessments; provide regular updates on progress and risk mitigation.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    Act as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, presenting dashboards, status reports, and escalation summaries.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 8–10 years of experience in project management, market entry, or business operations
  • Prior experience in Bangladesh or South Asia market preferred
  • Background in direct selling, FMCG, or healthcare industries (e.g., Vestige, P&G, Amway, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of regulatory, commercial, and operational aspects
  • Experience in import/export operations is a plus
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Graduate or Master’s degree in Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related fields
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is a strong advantage
  • Proficiency in Bangla language is preferred
