Project Manager – Messaging & Data Operations

We’re a fast-growing debt restructuring firm seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead our messaging and data operations team on-site. This role combines leadership, organization, and technical execution — perfect for someone who can both manage people and processes while diving into the details when needed.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead day-to-day operations for Twilio and AMA messaging systems — setup, automation, monitoring, and optimization.
• Manage communication workflows and ensure message delivery performance.
• Build, maintain, and analyze reports using Excel (pivot tables, lookups, macros, etc.).
• Oversee database management, ensuring data accuracy and organization.
• Direct team priorities, track project timelines, and drive operational efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and better data utilization.
• Collaborate closely with operations and client communication teams to execute key initiatives.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in operations or communications.
• Strong, hands-on skills with Twilio/AMA and Excel.
• Proven experience in data organization and reporting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a structured in-office environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
