Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who brings full scope construction knowledge, deep MEP coordination expertise, strong roofing systems experience, and the ability to carry a project all the way through to final finish and cabinetry detail. Strong RFI in vertical construction experience, and the knowledge to read and interpret plans across all scopes.
You will operate both on the factory floor and at the desk, ensuring the pipeline and game plan are crystal clear before production begins. Leading design, crews, coordinating trades, reviewing plans, and reporting directly to leadership are all part of your daily rhythm. This role demands someone who can hold multiple moving parts in their head simultaneously and still show up to every team meeting with energy and direction.

Duties
- Full plan review and coordination before work begins — no surprises on the job site
- Managing multiple modular projects simultaneously — tracking each one with precision
- MEP/ Frame /Roof/ Finish coordination across all trades to ensure sequencing is right the first time
- Subcontractor accountability, and day-to-day coordination
- Leading regular team meetings that are structured, productive, and genuinely motivating
- Field leadership of crews — clear direction, consistent follow-through, no ambiguity
- RFI management, submittals, punch lists, and project closeout discipline
- Clear and timely reporting of project status, risks, and milestones to leadership
- Oversee site activities ensuring compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and project specifications.
- Monitor project progress regularly; adjust plans proactively to address potential delays or issues.
- Work along side quality control and ensure all comments are met, and adherence to contract requirements.
- Project status, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Foster effective communication among all teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction management with a focus on modular or full-scope construction projects.
- Ability to read full set of plans
- Strong MEP coordination skills — required. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing sequencing must be second nature to you
- Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel required. You build clean tracking logs, schedules, meetings and coordination sheets without being asked twice
- 5+ years of full scope construction project management experience
- This role is 100% focused on above-grade construction — from structural framing through MEP rough-in, roofing, and all the way to final finish and cabinetry. Candidates whose experience is primarily in civil work, foundations, soil, or masonry block will not be the right fit for this position.
- Bilingual English/Spanish — required. Our teams, subs, and partners work in both languages every day
Bonus Points:
- Revit or CAD experience
- Cold Form Steel, LGS steel, modular or prefabricated understanding preferred
- Experience in estimating or procurment
- Modular or manufactured housing background
- Hospitality or multifamily construction experience
- Roofing systems expertise — required. You understand roofing from design coordination through field execution
- Proven ability to read and interpret full construction plans with confidence across all scopes
- In-field crew leadership experience — you've led people, not just tracked them on a spreadsheet
- Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and in the room
- Knowledge of construction management best practices including time management and quality assurance procedures.
- Ability to utilize construction management software for document control, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting purposes.
- Strong communication skills coupled with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), OSHA safety training preferred; familiarity with Primavera P6 or similar scheduling tools is essential.
