We are hiring an Operations Guru. You will lead Business Development, Accreditation, and Qualifications functions, turning strategy into disciplined execution. You will own budgeting, cross-functional orchestration, and quality control to drive profitable growth and dependable delivery. You will develop leaders, streamline workflows, and represent NOK Human Capital with key external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set annual objectives for supervised functions and cascade them to department and individual levels.
  • Lead operational budgeting; monitor performance against plans to ensure profitability and optimal resource utilization.
  • Orchestrate workflows across Business Development, Accreditation, and Qualifications; secure cross-functional alignment.
  • Direct business development execution; review and approve technical and financial proposals.
  • Oversee qualifications development against timelines and quality standards; track project progress and remove blockers.
  • Ensure smooth operations with centers and schools; maintain account health and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the organization with clients, partners, donors, government entities, and SMEs during key milestones.
  • Build and develop high-performing teams; conduct timely appraisals and partner with HR on training and capability plans.


Requirements

  • 12+ years of relevant experience; background in management consulting or people development preferred.
  • Experience in the education sector is a plus.
  • Proven leadership of multi-function operations and cross-functional coordination.
  • Strong financial acumen in planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring.
  • Excellent stakeholder management across clients, partners, donors, government, service providers, and SMEs.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
  • Demonstrated ability to coach leaders, drive accountability, and uplift delivery quality.
  • Ability to review/approve proposals and enforce quality standards across deliverables. Operations Director
