Project Manager - Noida

Location: Base Corporate Noida and Travelling to Pan India (Extensive Travel)

This role supports the marketing with all on-ground activities, including institutional visits, student engagement, event coordination, and travel-based outreach initiatives. The ideal candidate should be energetic, presentable, and comfortable with extensive travel and student-facing interactions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accompany the marketing team during school/college visits, outreach events, and field activities.

2. Oversee on-ground operations: student flow, backstage coordination, crowd engagement, and event setup.

3. Conduct student interactions, feedback collection, and audience facilitation.

4. Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling, logistics, and daily travel plans.

5. Communicate professionally with institutional POCs and event partners.

6. Prepare visit reports, schedules, and follow-up documentation.

Candidate Requirements

Strong communication skills (Hindi mandatory, English preferred).

Presentable, confident, and comfortable interacting with students and stakeholders.

Willing to travel 70–80% of the time.

Experience in operations, events, hospitality, student coordination, or field roles is preferred.

High energy, adaptability, and quick problem-solving skills.
