Role Overview: ;Experienced and strategically minded Solutions CoE Manager to lead legal solutioning and project transitions within Legal Support Services practice. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in U.S. claims litigation processes, legal operations, client engagement and will play a critical role in pre-sales support, due diligence and capability buildout. ; ;Key Responsibilities: ;Lead the solutioning and transition of legal support engagements from discovery to steady stateParticipate in client due diligence sessions and document “as-is” and “to-be” workflowsDesign and deliver pre-process and process-specific training for new engagementsWork directly with client stakeholders (law firms or insurance carriers) to capture requirements and customize solutionsBuild and maintain reusable solution assets (SOPs, training decks, playbooks)Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and ramp-upStay up to date on U.S. claims litigation lifecycle, including subpoena processes, record retrieval, and paralegal workflowsPartner with the platform team on features for internal LSS platform and integration with other (internal and external) platformsSupport the sales team with pre-sales materials, RFPs, and client presentations ; ;Required Qualifications: ;Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B or equivalent) from a reputed university10+ years of experience in legal services, preferably in LPOs, U.S. law firms, or insurance legal departmentsDeep understanding of litigation support services, including: ;Legal Admin & Clerical TasksParalegal & Subpoena ProcessingDocument Review & Record RetrievalDiscovery Responses and Legal Drafting ;Strong client-facing communication skillsAbility to lead and manage cross-functional teams during transitionsComfortable working U.S. EST hours
