Key Responsibilities
· Project Planning & Execution
o Develop detailed project schedules, timelines, and budgets.
o Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and vendors.
o Ensure compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.
· Team & Vendor Coordination
o Lead site supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution.
o Negotiate and finalize vendor contracts.
o Monitor procurement and material delivery schedules.
· Client Management
o Act as the single point of contact for clients throughout the project.
o Share weekly progress reports, address queries, and manage approvals.
o Conduct site visits and presentations with clients.
· Quality, Cost & Time Control
o Ensure timely delivery of projects within approved budget.
o Track expenses, raise alerts on deviations, and optimize costs.
o Implement strict quality control measures and adherence to drawings.
Qualifications & Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design (MBA/PM certification preferred).
· 2-5 years of experience in office interior fit-outs / commercial projects.
· Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and project management tools.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
· Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple stakeholders.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
