Job Description:
We are seeking a highly competent and result-oriented Project Manager to lead our UAE operations in Ruwais and Habshan. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in large-scale Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical (CME) projects within the Oil & Gas sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects from post-award to completion, ensuring full compliance with contractual, technical, and commercial requirements.
• Plan, organize, and control all project activities, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
• Supervise and coordinate Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation works for greenfield facilities.
• Oversee MEI and Civil works including Steel Structures, Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation, Insulation, and Painting.
• Ensure project delivery within defined timelines, cost, and quality standards.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Implement robust project monitoring, change management, and reporting systems.
• Support commercial, contractual, and business development initiatives as required.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas Construction with proven expertise in large-scale CME projects.
• Proven experience in handling major plant piping projects with extensive inch-dia execution and multidisciplinary interfaces.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project control capabilities.
• Experienced in vendor management, budget forecasting, and client interface.
