Manage the development & launch of the NeoBiz (SME) for Digital Bank, driving the project interim setup and now commercial readiness.
Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring the timely achievement of key milestones and effective collaboration with stakeholders.
Maintain the department's business Governance and housekeeping particulars, including but not limited to product papers, policies, dispensation request, external partner agreements, interdepartment SLAs and SOPs etc.
Support the business segment with an end-to-end management of projects. This includes planning, monitoring, and controlling projects from their initiation till closing stage.
Prepare presentation slides for business, supporting stakeholders in their weekly updates to the PK Digital Bank Steering Committe including UAE & PK Teams
Provide visibility through trackers and updates to the head of department on ongoing projects and timely escalate blockers and/or dependencies.
Requirements:
3-5 Years of relavant experience.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven project management experience.
Excellent knowledge of project management techniques and tools.
Direct work experience in project management capacity.
Knowledge of project management software (Primavera, MS Project etc.)
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities.
