Project Manager-PMO

Job Overview:


The Project Manager PMO is responsible for leading logistics, warehousing, supply chain, and technology-related projects across the Starlinks network. This role ensures all projects are planned, executed, and delivered in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives, within scope, on time, and within budget. The Project Manager ensures compliance with PMO governance and reporting practices, manages vendors and cross-functional teams, and drives project success across multiple business units.


Job Responsibilities:


Project Planning & Execution

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of assigned projects (e.g., site fit-outs, warehouse tech rollouts, facility upgrades).
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines aligned with PMO methodology.
  • Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets using PM tools (MS Project, JIRA, Asana, etc.).


Governance & Reporting

  • Apply standardized PMO governance, templates, and procedures for consistency across projects.
  • Track project progress against KPIs and milestones.
  • Prepare and present governance reports, risk logs, and dashboards to senior leadership.


Risk & Stakeholder Management

  • Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues; implement mitigation plans.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and accountability.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of decisions, changes, and lessons learned throughout the project lifecycle.


Vendor & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Oversee contractors, suppliers, and external vendors to ensure compliance, quality, and on-time delivery.
  • Coordinate with Operations, IT, Procurement, Legal, Finance, and other departments to remove roadblocks.
  • Ensure seamless handovers and site readiness post-project implementation.


Process Improvement & PMO Excellence

  • Identify opportunities for improvement in project delivery, documentation, and governance.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices, PM frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment of project outcomes with business goals and customer expectations.


Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor's in supply chain, Logistics, Engineering, or Business.
  • 8–10 years, with 5+ in logistics/supply chain project delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of PMO governance, methodologies, and reporting standards.
  • Professional certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent) is required.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Asana, or equivalent).
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams in complex projects.
  • Excellent communication, risk management, and problem-solving skills.
