About the Role:
A leading Architectural and Engineering Consultancy in Dubai is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate project execution on-site. This role involves managing a team of Project Engineers, ensuring timely and quality delivery of complex building projects, and acting as the primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of project engineers across multiple construction sites.
• Oversee all aspects of project execution — cost, time, quality, safety, and compliance.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project schedules, resources, and deliverables.
• Manage site issues, technical challenges, and ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and reporting for all project phases.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5–7 years of UAE-based experience in site project management.
• PMP Certification is mandatory.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with proven team management experience.
• Familiarity with UAE building codes, engineering standards, and permitting processes.
• UAE driving license preferred.
