Job Overview:

Emirates Talent Solution is hiring an experienced Project Manager for a leading Property Development and Real Estate company based in Dubai, UAE.
The ideal candidate will have 8–12 years of experience in managing large-scale property development or construction projects, with proven expertise in project planning, budgeting, execution, and stakeholder coordination.

This role requires a results-driven professional who can lead multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, timelines, and cost efficiency while maintaining alignment with the company’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:Project Planning & Execution

• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of property development projects from inception to completion.
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project flow.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design, quality, and safety standards.

Budgeting & Cost Control

• Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and financial reports.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality or timelines.
• Ensure all project expenditures remain within approved budgets.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain high construction and finishing standards.
• Review and approve materials, drawings, and contractor deliverables.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Liaise with internal departments, investors, consultants, and authorities to ensure project approvals and smooth execution.
• Provide project progress updates and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Resolve on-site issues efficiently to avoid project delays.

Team Leadership & Reporting

• Lead, mentor, and manage project teams and site engineers.
• Set performance goals, review progress, and ensure accountability.
• Prepare periodic reports on project milestones, risks, and performance metrics.

Key Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or PMP certification preferred.

Experience:

• 8–12 years of experience in property development or construction project management.
• Proven track record of delivering residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects in the UAE.

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of construction processes, project scheduling (Primavera / MS Project), and budgeting tools.
• Knowledge of UAE building codes, RERA, and Dubai Municipality regulations.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet strict deadlines.
