Job Overview

Emirates Talent Solution is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager for a reputable Property Development and Real Estate company in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will bring 8–12 years of experience overseeing large-scale development or construction projects, with strong capabilities in project planning, budgeting, execution, and cross-functional coordination. This position requires a proactive, results-driven leader who can manage multiple projects simultaneously—ensuring quality delivery, cost optimization, and adherence to timelines while aligning with the company’s strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Lead the full project lifecycle—from initial planning and design to execution and completion.
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project flow.
• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with design, quality benchmarks, and safety standards.

Budgeting & Cost Control

• Prepare, monitor, and manage project budgets and cost estimates.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising quality.
• Ensure all expenditures remain within approved budgets and financial guidelines.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure strict adherence to UAE building codes, safety regulations, and government requirements.
• Conduct periodic inspections to maintain high construction and finishing standards.
• Review and approve materials, drawings, change requests, and contractor submissions.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Liaise with internal teams, consultants, investors, authorities, and external stakeholders.
• Secure timely approvals from relevant government bodies.
• Provide project progress updates, reports, and presentations to senior management.
• Resolve on-site challenges promptly to avoid delays or cost overruns.

Team Leadership & Reporting

• Lead and supervise project teams, site engineers, and contractors.
• Set performance expectations and ensure consistent progress tracking.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports highlighting milestones, risks, and project status.

Key RequirementsEducation

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Master’s degree or PMP certification is an added advantage.

Experience

• 8–12 years of solid project management experience in property development or construction.
• Proven success in delivering residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects within the UAE.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of construction workflows, project scheduling tools (Primavera / MS Project), and cost-control practices.
• Familiarity with UAE building standards, RERA regulations, and Dubai Municipality guidelines.

Soft Skills

• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
