Job Overview

Emirates Talent Solution is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to join a leading Property Development and Real Estate company in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have 8–12 years of experience managing large-scale property development or construction projects, with strong expertise in project planning, budgeting, execution, and stakeholder management.

This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional capable of leading multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, timelines, and cost efficiency while supporting the company’s strategic objectives.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution

• Oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of property development projects from start to finish.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.

Budgeting & Cost Management

• Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and financial reports.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization without affecting quality or schedules.
• Ensure all project expenditures remain within approved budgets.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to UAE building codes, safety regulations, and local authority requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain high construction and finishing standards.
• Review and approve materials, drawings, and contractor deliverables.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Liaise with internal teams, investors, consultants, and regulatory authorities for smooth project approvals and execution.
• Provide regular project updates and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly to prevent delays.

Team Leadership & Reporting

• Lead, mentor, and manage project teams, including site engineers and contractors.
• Set performance goals, monitor progress, and ensure accountability.
• Prepare detailed reports on project milestones, risks, and overall performance.

Key RequirementsEducation

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or PMP certification is preferred.

Experience

• 8–12 years of experience in property development or construction project management.
• Proven track record in delivering residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects in the UAE.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, project scheduling (Primavera / MS Project), and budgeting tools.
• Familiarity with UAE building codes, RERA, and Dubai Municipality regulations.

Soft Skills

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
