The Project Manager at Lupós Real Estate L.L.C. is responsible for coordinating the company’s real estate projects with developers, marketing, and sales teams. This role ensures that all property information, marketing materials, and website updates are accurate, complete, and delivered on time.
In addition, the Project Manager manages blogger and influencer collaborations — including planning project visits, arranging flights, hotels, and transportation, and overseeing on-site video shoots. The position ensures smooth logistics and professional execution of all promotional activities related to project filming and marketing content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordination with Developers
- Receive and verify up-to-date project information (prices, layouts, photos, videos, brochures).
 - Communicate directly with developer representatives to confirm availability, payment plans, and updates.
 - Maintain organized project records and ensure accuracy across internal systems.
 - Coordinate participation of brokers and marketing teams in developer events and launches.
 
2. Collaboration with Marketing
- Coordinate advertising campaigns, presentations, and creatives with the Managing Director (Marketing Director).
 - Approve promotional materials, budgets, and campaign timelines with the MD.
 - Provide marketing teams with verified project data, visuals, and descriptions.
 - Ensure advertising contractors and SMM specialists have accurate project materials for promotion.
 - Maintain shared marketing sheets (e.g., Promo Expert, Launch NetPeak) with verified data.
 
3. Website & Digital Coordination
- Oversee the upload of new properties and projects on the company website (lupos.ae).
 - Verify all visuals, descriptions, and prices displayed online.
 - Coordinate content updates with SEO and web development teams.
 - Ensure timely removal or modification of outdated listings.
 - Monitor alignment between online listings and current developer offers.
 
4. Communication with Sales Department
- Inform the sales team about new launches, price updates, and exclusive offers.
 - Provide brokers with verified data, brochures, and media materials for client presentations.
 - Respond to internal requests from brokers regarding available and upcoming projects.
 - Ensure consistency between developer terms and broker presentations.
 
5. Blogger & Influencer Management
- Coordinate collaborations with bloggers, influencers, and content creators.
 - Plan and organize flight tickets, hotel accommodations, transportation, and on-site visits for filming.
 - Develop detailed filming schedules in coordination with developers and marketing.
 - Supervise on-site shooting processes to ensure compliance with company image and quality standards.
 - Collect, organize, and transfer all photo/video materials to the marketing department for post-production.
 
6. Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain up-to-date internal databases for all active and upcoming projects.
 - Ensure consistency and accuracy of property listings across systems.
 - Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the Managing Director on:
 - Developer updates and new launches
 - Influencer activities and content results
 - Project and website data updates
 - Assist in quarterly marketing reviews and upcoming campaign planning
